Perform shift opening duties

Perform shift closing duties

Solicit guest feedback

Implement service recovery

Ensure revenue control procedures

Ensure check control procedures

Assist in selecting staff

Assist in training staff

Provide ongoing feedback to staff

Utilize schedules for shift

Utilize floor plans for shift

Utilize reservations for shift

Utilize daily checklists for shift

Conduct pre-shift meetings

Communicate specials to staff

Communicate guest scores to staff

Communicate service concerns to staff

Resolve operational issues

Assist with kitchen communication

Maintain safe work environment

Maintain sanitary work environment

Maintain regular attendance

Maintain high personal appearance standards
