What You'll Do.

Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations

Supervise the team in their absence

Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members

Maintain Company and Brand operational standards

Ensure all guests leave satisfied

Provide excellent guest service

Conduct second interviews for team members

Maintain a clean restaurant environment

Assign shift duties to team members

Ensure food items are prepared and served

Coach team members to follow guidelines

Cascade relevant information to team members

Assist with new product training

Place campaign materials upon request

Ensure product quality

Complete end of shift paperwork

Complete end of day paperwork

Count cash and inventory

Communicate discrepancies to supervisor

Complete daily paperwork in RM absence

Complete weekly paperwork in RM absence

Complete end of period paperwork in RM absence

Complete inventory counts in RM absence

Complete cash counts in RM absence

Complete truck orders in RM absence

Complete other administrative duties in RM absence

Guarantee a safe environment for team members

Guarantee a safe environment for guests

Complete reports on all incidents

Partner with RM to ensure financial metrics are met

Partner with RM to ensure operational metrics are met
