Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations
Supervise team in absence of manager
Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members
Maintain Company and Brand operational standards
Ensure guest satisfaction
Provide excellent guest service
Coach and correct team members
Conduct second interviews for team members
Maintain a clean restaurant environment
Assign shift duties and follow up
Direct team on food preparation and serving
Coach team members on food preparation guidelines
Cascade relevant information to team members
Assist with new product training
Place campaign materials
Ensure product quality
Ensure operational standards are met
and inventory control records
Complete end of shift paperwork
Complete end of day paperwork
Count cash and inventory
Communicate discrepancies to supervisor
Complete daily paperwork in absence of RM
Complete weekly paperwork in absence of RM
Complete end of period paperwork in absence of RM
Complete inventory counts in absence of RM
Complete cash counts in absence of RM
Complete truck orders in absence of RM
Complete other administrative duties
Guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests
Follow government laws and safety codes
Complete incident reports
Partner with RM to meet financial metrics

The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain the Company and Brand operational standards ensuring all guests leave satisfied. ## **RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER EXPECTATIONS :** * Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team * Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads * Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties. Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion * Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations. Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management * Cascades relevant information to team members and assists with new product training * Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request * Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met * Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift. Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required. Communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor * In absence of the RM, the RAM completes daily, weekly and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and other administrative duties as required * Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and saf
