Maintain current knowledge of all menu offerings
Set up assigned station
Greet guests professionally
Suggestively sell menu items
Record guests order accurately
Enter guest orders into POS terminal
Coordinate order placement
Monitor preparation of individual courses
Inspect presentation of all food items
Serve all food and beverage items professionally
Monitor guests at all times
Anticipate guest needs
Respond to guest requests
Ensure guest satisfaction
Apply charges to guest account
Complete end of shift revenue report
Complete cash deposit
Perform side work duties
