YOU WILL BE: The Restaurant Server Neiman Marcus customers in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner consistent to the high standards set by Neiman Marcus. WHAT YOU WILL DO: •Serves assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner •Utilizes thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology, to provide detailed information to customers about menu items •Leverages knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, including technical and service procedures •Interacts graciously with the public and handles multiple duties at the same time •Participates in daily pre-shift meeting •Adheres to established accounting procedures for all transactions, including all authorized methods of payment, and maintains knowledge of the POS system •Executes pre-shift, post-shift, and daily and weekly duties as assigned by supervisor •Fulfills duties that may involve lifting objects (e.g., tables, chairs, highchairs, etc.) •Cleans and maintains restaurant and workstation •Maintains the highest level of hygiene standards to include, but not limited to: •Clean, pressed uniform jacket and accompanying clothing and shoes •Clean and professionally styled hair and na
