Must Have
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality, leadership and team-management skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop staff, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and authentic Chinese hospitality, Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively in a fast-paced dining environment, Good organizational and time-management skills, Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local health regulations, Financial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization, Ability to coordinate efficiently with kitchen teams, including wok chefs, dim sum chefs, and service staff, to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Nice to Have
preferably in a Chinese dining restaurant, Familiarity with Chinese cuisine, tea culture, traditional dining etiquette, and menu presentation is an advantage
