Nice to Have
Culinary or hospitality education, 3-5+ years of employment in a related position, Previous supervisory experience, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
What You'll Do.
Directs and coordinates activities of restaurant
Achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals
Analyzes and monitors cost and revenue budgets
Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills
Analyzes and recommends methods for improvements
Ensure that staffing levels are maintained
Ensure team members have up-to-date knowledge
Control costs without compromising standards
Monitors all food and beverage products
Ensuring adequate resources are available
Enforces company standards
Comply with public safety
Oversees training for supervisors
Maintains a positive employee relation climate
Responsible for hiring
Evaluates departmental and subordinate performance
Maintains a clean and safe physical environment
Educates assistant managers and hourly employees
Functions as a supportive team member
Ensures compliance with health
