We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage staff, budgets, and restaurant performance efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service. Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance and professionalism. Monitor inventory, food costs, and supply orders to optimize expenses. Maintain high-quality food, service, and cleanliness standards. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement. Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and special requests professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage schedules, payroll, and staff performance evaluations. Analyze financial reports, sales trends, and customer feedback to improve profitability. Work closely with chefs, vendors, and suppliers to maintain efficient restaurant operations. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred but not required).
