What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience in Restaurant Management essential, A minimum of two years of assistant management experience in a similar role, Expertise in generating and implementing innovative revenue-building strategies and initiatives, Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, High level of self-motivation, confidence, and initiative, Flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, and other peak periods as required
Nice to Have
Previous experience in a 5 hotel desirable, Knowledge of Thai culture
What You'll Do.
Ensure the hotel retains the Leading Hotels of
Deliver excellent care to our guests
Carry out departmental audits
Ensure that the Hotel’s Vision & Mission statement
Ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and
Ensure that the ambience in departments are controlled
Report defective materials and equipment
Ensure that all new initiatives are implemented
Ensure that personal objectives are set and achieved
Attend meetings as required
Ensure there is management presence in all departments
Ensure a consistently high level of security is
Ensure guest feedback is acted upon
Monitor all purchasing and costs in the department
Ensure departmental sales are achieved
Accept a flexible work schedule
Provide support where necessary in other areas
Comply with the hotels cash handling procedures
Drives business results through revenue growth and cost
Assist in the recruitment and selection of team
Appraise all team members
Ensure that all team members comply with the
Manage the Alkimii System for relevant departments
bank holidays and lieu time are
Ensure departmental daily briefings are carried out
Chair monthly departmental meetings
Ensure that all team members are rostered
Ensure that all team members adhere to the
Identify develop key team members
Develop a succession plan
Train all team members have a full knowledge
Ensure weekly bar payroll forecasting is completed
Ensure departmental costs are in line with budget
Ensure that the Bar is well organized daily
Ensure the Bar operates under HACCP
Ensure that the Bar team are familiar with
Monitor and control food & beverage stock levels
