This role requires absolute attention to detail, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of Michelin-level service standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver an outstanding, personalized guest experience aligned with Michelin fine-dining standards. * Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team to operate at the highest level of service excellence. * Collaborate closely with the Chef Patron and kitchen team to ensure seamless service
