Eligibility Requirements

Must have the right to work in Malaysia, Position is applicable to local candidates or candidates with Malaysian Permanent Resident status holder only

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in food and beverage operations, At least 2–3 years in a managerial role within luxury hotels or upscale restaurants, Leadership and interpersonal skills, In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food and beverage trends, Proven ability to manage financials, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization, Excellent guest service skills, Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Good understanding of local regulatory requirements related to food safety and alcohol service in Malaysia, Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software, Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language, Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia, Must have the right to work in Malaysia

Nice to Have

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

What You'll Do.

Manage daily operations of all-day dining restaurant

and develop restaurant team

Ensure adherence to Four Seasons service standards

Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback

Collaborate with culinary team on menus

Drive revenue growth through upselling

Manage financial performance and cost control

Oversee inventory control and procurement

Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations

Coordinate with other departments

Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation

Prepare operational reports and analyze metrics

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with the culinary team to design, update, and execute menus; Coordinate with other departments (events, marketing, front office) to support hotel-wide initiatives and special functions; Be part of a cohesive team with opportunities to learn, grow and develop

Communication Scope

Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language; Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia
