Must Have

2+ years of experience leading or managing a front-of-house restaurant team, Understanding of steps of service

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality, Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage, Food Handler's License

What You'll Do.

Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations

Oversee front-of-house restaurant staff

evaluating and terminating employees

escalate and resolve employee and guest

Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met

Inspect dining room and storage areas for compliance

Estimate front-of-house food and beverage needs

Supervise intake orders to ensure specifications

Review financial information such as sales

Meet with dining room and bar personnel

Plan restaurant activities and special events

Share information with personnel
