As a Restaurant Development Specialist, you will join our Restaurant Development team, acting as a strategic partner for our existing restaurant partners. You won’t just be "managing accounts"- you will be a growth consultant, using data to help restaurants optimize their operations, improve their menu, and maximize their profitability and sales on the Wolt platform. What you’ll be doing Driving and managing the growth of your restaurant portfolio Monitoring and improving operational KPIs for your restaurants Becoming a key knowledge source and go-to person for restaurant-related strategies Be a visible partner in the field: You will dedicate 2 days a week to face-to-face meetings with your partners and build stronger relationships. Actively drive sales growth and leveraging Wolt's various promotional tools Manage and maintain close ongoing relationships with Tier 1 ability to engage with a diverse range of partners, from restaurant owners to managers, and adapt your approach accordingly.
