What You'll Do.
Maintain high quality food items
Control daily and weekly inventories
Produce and coordinate food items
Coordinate production of daily menu items
Check inventory of all menus
Communicate supply needs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Maintain equipment daily
Maintain flow of food orders
Verify all special orders
Maintain production of menu items
Closes and sanitizes work area
Communicate any supplies that need to be ordered
Uphold all Health and Sanitation standards
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Maintain team awareness of inventory cost and profitability; Communicate supply needs for production with head cook; Communicate flow of food orders by communicating with Associates promptly; Verify all special orders with designated Associate; Communicate any supplies that need to be ordered to supervisor; Checks in with supervisor for any special preparation needed; Checks in with a supervisor before leaving
