Must Have

At least 3 years of relevant experience, High school diploma or GED, Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds, Associates must be available based on our needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You'll Do.

Assist main restaurant Associates in maintaining high quality food items

Control daily and weekly inventories

Conduct tasks to see to it that guests will have the level of food and beverage service

Maintain an active role in the smoothness and efficiency of retail restaurant operations

Produce and coordinate the production of food items needed for daily menus and special events

Maintain team awareness of inventory cost and profitability

Perform job responsibilities normally associated with those of a cook

Coordinate production of daily menu items using menu count and production sheets

Check inventory of all menus

Communicate supply needs for production with head cook

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Maintain equipment daily and report any malfunctions

Maintain flow of food orders by communicating with Associates promptly

Verify all special orders with designated Associate

Maintain production of menu items throughout the day

Close and sanitize work area promptly

Communicate any supplies that need to be ordered to supervisor

Uphold all Health and Sanitation standards
