What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in fine-dining serving at restaurants (Forbes 5-star or MICHELIN restaurants), Food Handler’s Card, Clear and calm verbal communication, Ability to work quickly in a high-paced, physically and mentally demanding environment, Proficiency in reservation management systems (e.g. , Tock), and polished guest service execution, Ability to work full-time (30-35 hours per week) and late nights, weekends, and holidays, Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, High School Diploma or GED required
Nice to Have
WSET Level 2 (or equivalent wine certification) is highly preferred

Leading dinner service
Serving as the liaison between the kitchen and the dining room
Ensuring a smooth and exceptional guest experience
Conducting service with professionalism
Upholding Forbes Five-Star and Michelin-level standards
Inspiring teammates to focus on excellence in every detail
Supporting real-time decision-making
Ensuring all guest interactions reflect the graciousness
and precision of The Restaurant at JUSTIN
Providing an excellent customer experience to uphold Forbes 5-star services/standards
Following all company and safety procedures and policies
Assisting with dining room setup
and equipment such as fans or heaters
Managing beverage service and taste
and pour serve and describe wines in accordance with the Court of Master Sommeliers
Delivering and clearing food courses in coordination with FORBES 5-Star Service standards
Speaking about food with accuracy
Providing knowledgeable
and attentive service with natural timing and a warm approach
Overseeing table maintenance through delegation or direct action
Maintaining clean and organized service stations and side work areas throughout the shift
Maintaining the cleanliness of all interior and exterior guest areas
Resetting and flipping tables with speed and attention to detail
Anticipating and responding promptly to guest needs and requests
Communicating special table needs and guest requests to the kitchen
Breaking down and closing the dining room post-service
and restocking service tools and equipment
well-kept uniform and a natural
professional appearance
Participating and ensuring compliance with all opening and closing duties as determined and published by the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef
Keeping up to date on new JUSTIN releases as well as viticulture and winemaking techniques
