What You'll Do.
Oversee and support the daily operations of Altitude Restaurant
Lounge Bar and Visitor Centre Cafe
ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Manage front of house rostering
fostering a motivated and high-performing culture for all venues.
Be accountable for profitability of venues and maintain stock levels
ensuring timely and accurate order processing and financials.
Work collaboratively and professionally with the Head Chef and Heads of Department across the property to deliver a cohesive guest and customer experience.
take ownership of the food & beverage experience for our tour and group bookings—managing everything from initial enquiry through to delivery
ensuring every detail runs seamlessly.
elevating the à la carte experience at our Altitude Restaurant and Lounge Bar
bringing fresh ideas and energy to enhance our guest offering.
oversee our Visitor Centre Cafe (just a short 5-minute drive away)
ensuring a consistently high standard across all locations.
