It is part of Saks Global’s portfolio of world-class luxury retailers and real estate assets. **YOU WILL BE:** The Restaurant Bartender serves Neiman Marcus customers in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner consistent to the high standards set by Neiman Marcus. **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** • Serves and interacts with customers in a professional and gracious manner • Utilizes thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology, to provide detailed information to customers about menu items • Supports smooth staff delivery of bar items through use of POS / ticket systems • Leverages thorough knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including technical and service procedures • Participates in daily pre-shift meeting • Adheres to established accounting procedures for all transactions, including all authorized methods of payment and maintains knowledge of the POS system • Cleans and maintains restaurant and workstation including pre-shift, post-shift and daily and weekly duties as assigned by the Manager • Fulfills duties that may involve lifting objects (e.g., tables, chairs, highchairs, etc.) • Maintains the highest level of hygiene standards to include, but not limited to: • Clean, pressed uniform jacket and accompanying clothing and shoes • Clean and profe
