What They're Looking For.

Must Have

minimum of 5 years of professional experience in performance management, strategy, consulting, finance, analytics, or a similar role, demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and formulate strategic recommendations, proven leadership, influencing skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization, Bilingual (French / English, written and spoken)

Nice to Have

skills in financial analysis, budget planning (AOP), and cost control, knowledge of Skywise

Develop detailed action plans

Work alongside functional leaders

Perform load/capacity analysis

Lead projects contributing to reinforce Quality Performance System

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Communication with all Quality departments is essential; Communication with other A220 functions (VSM, Engineering, Procurement, etc.); Lead monthly governances with stakeholders; Partner with functional leaders or experts to develop mitigation strategies

Develop a clear scope and timeline, Define what success looks like, Align to an execution cadence, Develop detailed action plans outlining project owners, goals, timelines, milestones and expected impact
