What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor or Master in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy or similar scientific field, Mastery of English and French, Solid laboratory experience with QC methodologies in chemistry and microbiology, Proven leadership and team management experience, Good understanding of GMP and ISO standards, Excellent analytical skills, Ability to interpret complex data, Problem-solving ability, Ability to make informed decisions
Nice to Have
Experience in sterility testing, GPT experience, Mycoplasma testing experience, Microbial identification experience, Environmental monitoring experience, Bioburden experience, Endotoxin experience, Cleaning validation experience, Growth promotion experience, SAP knowledge, TrackWise knowledge

Lead and organize QC department
Ensure efficient operations

Supervise analysis activities
Manage and develop QC training program
Supervise QC review and approval processes
Supervise change controls
