Full Job Description
**Titre du poste : Responsable du Contrôle Qualité** **Lieu : Verviers** Une aide à la relocalisation est prévue pour le candidat retenu. **Le rôle :** Le **Responsable du Contrôle Qualité (QC)** supervisera l’équipe de support QC sur site afin de garantir la libération rapide des produits finis et des matières premières, tout en maintenant une conformité totale avec les standards qualité de Lonza. Vous serez responsable des activités d’analyse et de libération des produits, en assurant une planification efficace, une coordination optimale et un accompagnement technique solide au sein de l’équipe. Une partie essentielle du rôle consiste à fournir un support technique approfondi en analysant les résultats hors spécifications (OOS), en dirigeant les investigations et en définissant des orientations techniques claires. Vous serez également chargé de développer et d’encadrer une équipe de 15 à 20 techniciens, en renforçant leur autonomie dans la gestion des investigations, des CAPA et de la maintenance des équipements, tout en favorisant une culture d’amélioration continue. Ce poste est **entièrement basé sur site**. Travailler ensemble en présentiel permet une collaboration étroite en temps réel et garantit la précision technique nécessaire pour fabriquer des médicaments répondant aux plus hauts standards de qualité et de sécurité.
