What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master 2 (Bac +5) in economics, finance, law, real estate, business school or equivalent, at least two years of experience in the corporate real estate sector, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Autonomy and proactivity, Rigor, Customer service and teamwork orientation, Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, Advanced proficiency in the Office suite (especially Excel for financial modeling like Cash-Flows and PowerPoint for producing opportunity studies)

In agreement with your manager

Intervene in strategic consulting missions

and organizational dimensions of real estate projects
Facilitate client interactions and produce decision-making support deliverables (opportunity studies) for real estate departments
mastering the technological tools provided by JLL
Manage transactional implementation: search for premises for our clients with the support of JLL consulting teams or JLL partners when the search covers territories not covered by JLL's offering
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Orchestrate all JLL expertise (Agency, Capital Markets, Tetris, Workplace, Project & Development Services, etc.) and our network of partners nationally and internationally; Work with consulting teams or JLL partners for premise searches

Excellent writing skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Facilitate client interactions; Produce deliverables (opportunity studies) for decision-making
