Vous êtes le **référent de votre secteur** , garant du respect des standards et le point de contact privilégié entre les équipes terrain et le superviseur. **Poste en équipe.** **Horaires 2x8 : 6h-13h et 13h-20h une semaine sur deux. ** # # **Vos principales missions :** * Encadrer et motiver les membres du secteur, assurer la formation et l’intégration des nouveaux arrivants, animer les réunions Tier 1 et garantir la communication ascendante, descendante et transverse. * Veiller au respect des standards (Sécurité, Qualité, Délais, Coûts), suivre les indicateurs de performance, gérer les documents de production et le traitement des produits non conformes. * Intervenir rapidement en cas de dysfonctionnement, alerter si nécessaire et fournir les éléments pour une résolution efficace. * Favoriser la mise en œuvre des idées d’amélioration, participer aux chantiers de progrès et promouvoir la culture Lean. * Respecter et faire respecter les règles en matière de sécurité et performance éner
