Manage and lead property service team
Contribute to client satisfaction
Manage property portfolio
Serve as primary contact for co-owners
Prepare and hold general meetings
Monitor decisions and manage service providers
Ensure service quality
Ensure property value enhancement
Ensure excellent client relations
Ensure administrative follow-up
Ensure legal follow-up
Ensure technical follow-up
Report activity to management
Maintain trusting client relationship
