En qualité de Responsable comptable du Groupe Intrum, vous piloter la comptabilité des entités française en garantissant la fiabilité des comptes (statutaires et IFRS), tout en encadrant une équipe et en collaborant étroitement avec la direction financière. Vos missions principales seront : 1\. Management & organisation * Encadrer et faire monter en compétence l'équipe comptable * Améliorer la productivité et la qualité des travaux (centre de services partagés) 2\. Comptabilité & reporting * Superviser la comptabilité complète : auxiliaire, générale et statutaire * Produire les clôtures mensuelles et la consolidation IFRS * Garantir la fiabilité et le respect des délais de reporting 3\. Fiscalité & conformité * Gérer les obligations fiscales (TVA, TVS, C3S, DAS2, IFU,...) * Préparer les liasses fiscales et rapports de gestion * Assurer la conformité aux normes françaises et IFRS 4\. Contrôle & audit * Justifier les comptes (bilan & résultat) et assurer les réconciliations * Gérer les relations avec auditeurs et administration fiscale * Contribuer au contrôle interne 5\. Projets & outils * Optimiser l'utilisation des outils (Workday, Navision) * Participer aux projets de transformation finance 6\. Coordination transverse * Travailler avec le contrôle de gestion, achats, Order-to-Cash et autres équipes * Superviser des structures spécifiques comme les fonds de titrisation Profil recherché Diplômé(e) d'une formation comptable de type DCG à DEC, vous disposez d'au moins 8 ans d'expérience en comptabilité française. Vous avez déjà encadré une équipe comptable avec succès et vos compétences managériales sont reconnues. Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en comptabilité internationale (IFRS ou US GAAP), idéalement acquises dans un environnement de groupe international.
