Rejoindre Bergerat Monnoyeur, c’est intégrer un groupe international solide où chaque talent peut laisser sa marque. **Job Description Summary** JOB PURPOSE Based on the guidelines defined by management and in line with the Group's global strategy, the HR Internal Communication Manager defines and steers the deployment of the HR communication strategy. His/her role is to promote structuring HR projects in order to strengthen the employer brand image, engage employees and unite internally around major HR transformations. **Job Description** SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Develop and manage internal HR communication strategy, planning and budget (calendar, content strategy, events, partnerships, campaigns, etc.). Build and deploy the Employer brand strategy (graphics, values, etc.), in collaboration with his/her superiors. Define the content strategy and deploy it across the various communication channels. Design and distribute multi-channel content (emailings, videos, events, newsletters, internal platforms) promoting HR initiatives. Supervise events based on the defined strategy (set-up, follow-up, budget, etc.) Work with communication relays in different entities to ensure consistency, adoption and understanding of messages across the Group. Organize and lead workshops, meetings or communication campaigns in connection with HR projects. Set up performance indicators and evaluation tools to measure the impact of actions taken.
