What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in a pharmaceutical marketing role or pharmaceutical marketing agency, Experience working with third party vendors and agreements, Experience working with PAAB & ASC, Excellence in communication, customer engagement and presentation skills, Intermediate English & French language skills, strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills, Self-motivated, accountable, passionate, committed and invested in the business, Ability to effectively work and contribute in a team-based environment, Demonstrated time & project management skills, Ability to embrace and respond to change, must be able to communicate at an intermediate level in French and English, both written & spoken
Nice to Have
Understanding of Market Access and Patient Support Programs, Previous experience in specialty care and/or the HIV treatment or prevention market, Experience working with Aids Service Organization and Community Based Organizations, Experience with long acting injectables, Experience in disease prevention, Experience with OTC brands
What You'll Do.
planning and implementation of elements of the strategic & operational plans within the HIV Treatment and HIV Prevention space
support strategic and executional pull through of priority initiatives across ViiV portfolio
support for community engagement team
brand event promotion
omnichannel initiatives
salesforce training support
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
leading the cross-functional team to success; support the development and execution of strategic & operational plans with key internal brand cross-functional stakeholders; Work closely with senior brand manager (s) and marketing team; collaborate daily with external/internal stakeholders in other provinces/countries that do not speak French
