The culture emphasizes teamwork, unity, and a supportive environment where clinicians feel valued. **Key highlights** * Work Arrangement: On-site; 70% office, 30% road. * Hours: 8:30 AM – 5 PM or 9 AM – 5:30 PM. * Driving Distance: Up to 60–70 miles from branch. **Salary range** * $32 – $38 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. **On-Call transparency** * Friday–Sunday every 7th week; Monday–Thursday every 2 weeks. * On-call days are compensated with an extra fee. **What you’ll do** * Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups * Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance * Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately * Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs * Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams * Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop * Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, includ
