Must Have
Registered Respiratory Therapist, active IA RT license, Valid driver's license, Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, current RCP license in the state of practice, current CPR Certification, all applicable licensure in good standing

Ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, autonomous, and collaborative environment. **Key highlights** * Work Arrangement: On-site; 50% office / 50% road. * Hours: Flexible—open to either a full-time schedule (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday) or part-time availability (2–3 days per week). * Community-focused, independent branch environment. **Salary range** * $30 – $34 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. **What you’ll do** * Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups * Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance * Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately * Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs * Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams * Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop * Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization
