What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist, active IL RT license, Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 – 50 lbs, Valid driver's license, Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, current RCP license in the state of practice, current CPR Certification, all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice

You will work across a growing market, performing varied respiratory procedures while partnering with a collaborative, training-focused branch team. **Key highlights** * Work Arrangement: Hybrid. * Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; open to 4x10 schedule. * On-call every 3rd week. * Travel: 30–45 minutes to first stop, up to 1 hour occasionally; telehealth used when possible. **Salary range** * $26 – $35 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. **On-Call transparency** * On-call rotation every 3rd week; flexibility needed for home visits and hospital support. **What you’ll do** * Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups * Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance * Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately * Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs * Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams * Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop * Set up and operate various types of respirato
