What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active NY RT license or LPN with Respiratory experience, Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 – 50 lbs, Valid driver's license, Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation, Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy, Hold a current CPR Certification, Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice

Ideal for someone who enjoys independence, fast‑paced environments, and meaningful patient interaction. **Key highlights** * Work Arrangement: On‑site; 20% office, 80% road. * Hours: 10 AM – 6:30 PM; flexible. * Driving Distance: Covers roughly 80% of NYC. **Salary range** * $47 – $57 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. **On-Call transparency** * Once‑a‑month rotation; minimal in‑person visits but paid overtime if required. **What you’ll do** * Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups * Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance * Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately * Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs * Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams * Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop * Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limit
