Reporting to the Project Operations Manager, you'll sit at the centre of how Isaac deploys its most valuable asset - its people - designing the high-performing teams that deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and partnering with our leaders to make the calls that shape every engagement. While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office. What you’ll do. As a Resourcing Lead you will: * Own the Detailed resourcing process end-to-end, from intake of a new project through to staffing recommendation, decision, and handover to the project lead, balancing project needs, individual development, and the long-term success of Isaac. * Build trusted relationships across our entire consulting team, acting as the go-to advisor on resourcing decisions and a sounding board for staffing questions. * Anticipate what’s coming.
