As the Resourcing Advisor you will work alongside skilled and passionate professionals at the forefront of the strategy and transaction support world. Based in our Munich office, you will collaborate with our international teams to strategically allocate consultants (resources) onto projects, based on their availability, company and personal targets, geographies, skills and expertise. You will work with Partners, project directors and project managers to understand their resourcing needs and with consultants to understand their availability and project preferences, with the goal to align both factors optimally. You will also work with the Learning and Development team to support the scheduling of courses and development programmes.
