Must Have
Minimum 10 years right of way experience, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Real Estate, Business, Environmental Sciences, Land Management, or related field
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Practical right of way experience supporting infrastructure, utility, energy, renewable, industrial, or related projects, Experience supporting strategic pursuits, proposal efforts, and client development initiatives, Demonstrated industry involvement and professional visibility, Existing relationships with Area and Business Group leadership teams, Professional registration, IRWA designation, or related certifications
