We are seeking an experienced Resourcelink Product Owner Consultant to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a critical payroll solution within a large-scale transformation programme. This role requires a subject matter expert in payroll implementation, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. Key Responsibilities * Act as the business technical expert for the Resourcelink payroll system and associated processes * Lead end-to-end payroll implementation , including integrations with Finance GL, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos/UKG) * Own the solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment , ensuring alignment with business requirements * Drive requirements gathering and design workshops , promoting standardised payroll processes and identifying gaps * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fully integrated, future-proof solutions * Manage delivery governance , including risks, issues, and stakeholder reporting * Provide expertise on UK payroll legislation and best practice ## Qualifications * Proven experience delivering Resourcelink payroll implementations within fast-paced programme environments * Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and system integrations * Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors) and Time & Attendance systems * Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and delivery management skills * Experience working within structured project or programme frameworks ## Additional Information We are proud to be an inclusive and diverse organisation where
