What you will be doing Collaborate with the Growth team to gain early visibility into upcoming project needs and existing project changes, proactively informing resource planning (we call it “Casting” at Livefront!) and recruitment strategies. Collaborate with the Delivery team to understand project needs, client needs, and team member needs. Collaborate with the People Ops team to provide insights that inform current and future priorities for the recruiting and hiring teams. Establish and maintain an inventory of team skillsets, strengths, and profiles to ensure there is a full picture available when making casting decisions.
