Full Job Description
Who We Are Imagine Pediatrics is a tech enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity. The primary location for this position is remote (EST or CST required). Expected schedule will be 4x10s (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) 9:00am-7:00pm EST or CST. 1-2 Saturdays per month will also be required. What You’ll Do As a Resource Pediatric Registered Nurse at Imagine Pediatrics, you serve as a key clinical partner within the Patient Engagement (Outreach you accept that and are willing to pivot quickly on priorities. In this role, you will need: Licensed RN in at least one state with eligibility to register for other state licensures. Graduate with a bachelor’s in nursing from an accredited university preferred. Minimum 1 year care coordination or case management required Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and services required Experience in Value Based Care highly preferred. Virtual care experience a plus. Bilingual Spanish is required. What We Offer (Benefits + Perks) The hourly rate for this position ranges from $36 - 42 per hour in addition to a quarterly performance-based bonus, competitive company benefits package, and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
