Bring problem-solving skills
and collaboration to the Resource Management team.
Partner with various teams to ensure timely project assignments and balanced workloads.
Address real-time resourcing requests while proactively planning for future needs.
Maintain a balance between big-picture planning and attention to small details.
Communicate effectively to provide the best possible resourcing solutions.
Leverage resourcing-related data and tools to support decision-making.
Understand and respond to ground-level resourcing needs.
Primarily manage resourcing for the Editorial team.
