What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, expertise in data modelling, DAX, and scalable dashboard development, Proven project management experience in complex, cross‑functional environments, Experience developing custom controls, canvas apps, and solutions using Dataverse and/or SharePoint Lists, analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate complex datasets into actionable insights, Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic, and evolving environments, General understanding of procurement‑related technologies and processes
Nice to Have
PMP certification is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Maintaining and continuously improving capacity and resource data models supporting investment decision‑making
and enhancing dashboards and outputs used across growth meetings
and individual investment projects
and maintaining scalable digital solutions using Power Apps
and Power BI in line with best practices
Ensuring data accuracy
and scalability across models
Producing timely and reliable recurring capacity and utilisation reports aligned with the growth governance cadence
Coordinating with project leads to ensure appropriate resource allocation across concurrent initiatives
Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and digital enablement
Creating and maintaining documentation to support the sustainability of developed solutions
Staying up to date with Microsoft Power Platform developments and applying relevant innovations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams including Commercial, Investments Analytics, Design & Engineering, and Project Execution; Coordinating with project leads to ensure appropriate resource allocation across concurrent initiatives
