Minimum 5 years in an operational role in an airline/GHA or 2 years in the resource planning or allocation roles, Understanding of resource management systems, Knowledge of airport operations and procedures, A high standard of verbal and written English with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels, interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and information dissemination, Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

What You'll Do.
Strategically manage and optimize deployment of operational resources
Ensure maximum efficiency and minimal expenditure
Proactive planning and dynamic allocation
Accurate shift and roster management
Review rostered manpower for upcoming shifts
Implement necessary adjustments to optimize resource allocation
Maintain accuracy of roster data
Pre-plan task allocation for subsequent shifts
Ensure all tasks assigned to available resources
Consider travel times between consecutive tasks
Ensure fair workload distribution
Review shift allocation for current shift
Real-time management of tasks on day of operation
Dynamically adjust allocation in response to resource variances
Ensure assigned tasks acknowledged
Coordinate all repositioning and towing requests
Escalate any operational shortfalls
Maintain accurate records of overtime and deductions
Ensure RMS related issues reported
Generate and distribute shift handover report
Support Dispatch Duty Managers with ad-hoc requests
