What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration, 10+ years hospitality or resort operations leadership experience, 5+ years senior leadership role, Experience leading complex hospitality environments, Financial acumen managing budgets, forecasting, labor costs, operational performance, Proficiency with hospitality systems, Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
Hospitality or leadership certifications preferred
