Must Have

Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, High school diploma or GED required, Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Nice to Have

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, Experience with resort operations software

What You'll Do.

Supervise and train front desk staff

Ensure excellent guest service

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues

Manage room inventory and reservations

Assist with sales and revenue generation

Conduct daily shift briefings

Enforce resort policies and procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work environment
