Mature and personal Christian faith, Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief, Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities, Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document, At least 2 years experience working or volunteering in immigrant rights work or family case management, Demonstrated understanding of case management processes, Strengths-based perspectives, Trauma-informed practice, Excellent time management and planning skills, Keen attention to detail, Interpersonal, verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills, Highly motivated with good follow through and problem-solving skills, Skill and sensitivity working with people from various backgrounds and beliefs, Ability to work well on a team, Flexible and motivated team player, Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Teams, Excel, Word), Proficiency in case management software, Valid driver’s license, Reliable access to an insured vehicle, Must be able to pass a background check, Must be able to pass an MVR check

Provide necessary interventions to support client goals

Support planning and facilitation of psychoeducation groups
Facilitate other workshops designed to support resilience
Ensure follow-up and track external referrals

Research and develop resources and materials
Identify upstream solutions to immigrant stability
Perform other duties as assigned

POSITION SUMMARY: World Relief seeks a Resilience Programs Coordinator. This role supports individual and group case management activities for clients acutely impacted by vulnerabilities that impede stability and integration. The Coordinator works alongside Specialists to conduct client assessments for services for referral and walk in clients, facilitate integration workshops and group activities, and assist clients with overcoming barriers to achieve tasks related to their program goals.
