What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor degree (non Human Services) with 4 years full time experience with the population served required, Associate or Bachelor degree (Human Services) with 2 years full time experience with the population served required, Master degree (Human Services) with 1 year full time experience with the population served required, Drivers License (Valid) - USA, Qualified Professional (QP) - Monarch-DSM, Experience working with children or adults (dependent upon population served) with a mental health diagnosis or an intellectual/developmental disability | 1-4 years (Dependent Upon Education - see Job Description) | Required
Nice to Have
Experience overseeing daily operations of residential programs | 2 years | Not Required, Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings | 3 years | Not Required, Management Experience | 3 years | Not Required
What You'll Do.
Provide supervision and guidance to staff and individuals
Enhance quality of life through services
Serve as qualified professional for assigned people and programs
Provide initial and ongoing assessment
Evaluate effectiveness of person-centered plan
Facilitate development of person-centered plan
Identify methods for service provision using community resources
Use person-centered approaches and positive strategies
Integrate strategies into program plans
Ensure requests for services meet eligibility criteria
Initiate and maintain clinical authorization and systems
Ensure staff are appropriately trained
Complete clinical supervision plans
Monitor staff performance
Ensure required documentation is completed
Maintain records of individuals supported
Coordinate documentation completion in EHR
Use communication skills and strategies
Establish mutual relationship with individual and staff
Take responsibility for hiring
Coordinate employee development and corrective actions
Respond effectively to incidents
Maintain a safe working environment
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures
Schedule and participate in on-call coverage
Comply with agency policies and procedures
Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Team & Collaboration
Participate in team meetings with other providers and natural supports; Use communication skills with co-workers, supervisors, and stakeholders; Coordinate with Administrative Services Manager; Inform Director of Program Operations
