Must Have
5 years residential security experience, Lead, coach, mentor security personnel, Manage small teams, Current CA state guard card, Current CPR/AED/First Aid certificate, High-touch customer service experience, Adapt to fast-paced environments, Handle confidential information, Excellent judgment and discretion, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Synthesize facts, concepts, principles, Emotional intelligence, Customer focused approach, Valid Driver’s License, Patrol large property on foot, Navigate physically demanding terrain, Assist injured client
Nice to Have
Operational experience with residential security teams, Operational experience with executive protection details, Operational experience with high-profile corporate security teams, Executive Protection training, Tactical training
What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day operations of RST
Advise client in residential security
Collaborate on SOP development
Collaborate on response plans
Suggest security infrastructure
Report on suspicious activity
Report on other developments
Support threat management
Support emergency response
Serve as first point of contact
Maintain equipment inventory
Maintain administrative documentation
Monitor camera system
Monitor access control technology
Monitor security tools
Monitor critical facility functions
Address unknown visitors
Address other contacts
Maintain rapport with clients
Maintain open communication with clients
Provide customer service delivery
Ensure client deliverables are met
Communicate risks to clients
Ensure completion of client plans
