What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active CA Concealed Weapons Permit, CA Security Guard Card License, Active CA Exposed Firearm Permit, Eligible for employment within the United States, Minimum of 18 years old, Pass an extensive background check and drug screening, High school degree or equivalent, Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies, Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds, Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions, Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, Ability to work independently and as a team member, Pass the Protective Operations Surefox Physical Agility Test (PO SPAT), CPR/First Aid/AED certification for all ages, Possess a valid and current driver license, Possess a valid U. S Passport, Ability to work nights and weekends, Ability to work autonomously, domestic and internationally
Nice to Have
Security or law enforcement related experience, Military background, Report writing experience, Experience working with families and children in a high net worth environment, International experience
What You'll Do.
Act as liaison between Surefox and clients
Provide physical security of assigned clients
Perform duties in accordance with client policies
Respond to emergency events
Handle medical & non-medical issues
Perform incident detection
Perform physical security
Perform reconnaissance
Handle client requests
Develop relationships with clients
Facilitate collaboration
Influence informally across departments
Track and report on program performance
Monitor surveillance equipment and access points
Maintain a log of all activity
Screen all incoming mail
Perform security patrols
Monitor entrances and exits
Observe departing personnel
Prepare reports on accidents
Provide assistance to employees
Create a safe and friendly environment
Attend project meetings
Adapt to various work-paces
Maintain high attentiveness and energy
Be responsible for client and family safety
Safeguard client assets
Conduct ongoing threat
and vulnerability assessments
Operate motor vehicles
Maintain up to date knowledge of local emergency services
