ROLE DESCRIPTION Your primary objective is to act as a strategic advisor to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors, managing transactions seamlessly from lead generation to closing. - End-to-End Transactions: Assist clients through the complete process of buying, selling, and leasing residential properties (viewings, negotiations, and closing). - Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Generate and manage high-quality leads through personal prospecting, company support, referrals, and targeted marketing activities. - Market Consultation: Advise clients on specific Dubai communities, property values, rental yields, payment plans, and emerging market trends. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with property owners, developers, private investors, and co-brokers. - Niche Development: Establish and dominate a clear geographic area, community, or property type niche within Dubai. - Optimized Flexibility: While this is an office-based role, we understand that real estate requires field work, viewings, and networking. We focus on accountability and optimized schedules, not clock-watching. QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in residential real estate, brokerage, leasing, or property sales is highly preferred. - A strong understand
