What You'll Do.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and Company policies to ensure they’re always adhered to.
Oversee and operate the properties within the financial guidelines outlined in the annual operating budgets.
Review other financial reports including accounts receivable and ensure the necessary legal steps have been taken for any delinquent payments.
Supervise and manage a team of onsite staff including resident caretakers
maintenance technicians and others.
Ensure all personnel respond to resident requests
and or emergencies in a timely and courteous manner.
Conduct weekly inspections of the properties to make sure they’re operating at a high standard and meet company guidelines.
Keep organized and up to date records on building and or tenant related issues.
Supervise and coordinate all building service requests and or capital improvements necessary.
Prepare market analysis and research which allows you to stay current on rental rates and consumer trends.
Implement marketing strategies and other initiatives that will generate qualified traffic for available rental units.
Audit and review tenancy-related documents completed by onsite staff.
