What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or one-year of lead staff experience or a two-year degree in a related field., Must be at least 18 years of age, High School Diploma or GED, Experience with mental health conditions (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety), Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly., Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation., Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation., Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.

Prior experience in Residential Services is preferred.
