What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, one-year of lead staff experience, two-year degree in a related field, Must be at least 18 years of age, High School Diploma or GED, Experience with mental health conditions, Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly, Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation, Good communication is key in this role, reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members
Nice to Have
Prior experience in Residential Services is preferred
